Licensing process:

Step 3: use the licence number to unlock SQL Editor

I need your User ID so that I can issue you with the right licence number to unlock SQL Editor. It is a 10-digit number assigned to you by SQL Editor, and it can be found using the Tools | Licence... menu item.

Just your given (first) name will be enough.
