Do you ever need to make the same change in lots of places?.
For example, you may want to rename a column. With SQL Editor, you can apply the same search / replace changes to all the objects in a search results folder. You can create an object that contains any objects you like using the Object List search. In the example below, we have illustrated the Join Folders feature. The selected folder contains all the objects which are in both the Stored Procedures folder and the Containing Orders folder.
Just right-click the search results folder, and select Bulk Edit | Find / Replace... to enter details of the change. When you have finished making changes, right-click the search folder node, and select Bulk Edit | Compile. |
